The New Dashboard that never was!
Just logged into my dashboard for the first time in a good long while. Its still the old one. Another empty promise from these muppets. I could kick myself for buying into the system, and thank God i didnt opt for the subs model!

The new dashboard exists. It works. It's in use every day. Just not by us AlertMe customers.
Now if you're a British Gas Safe & Secure customer, then you get this.

Alerty - you could control your AlertMe system with my third-party app for iPhone and iPod Touch. Used to be available on iTunes!

It's not all bad.
We get the "Smart Dashboard", from the classic dashboard, it's the icon of the computer screen, top right under the "my Account" menu item.
I think it's the dashboard the energy only hubs get, and it's notionally the same as the British Gas one.... EXCEPT - It doesn't have any security or tracking features. ie. you can't see presence, can't set or unset the alarm etc.
So in reality if you have an original, or security hub, it's no real use, but does demonstrate they got further with it's development and rollout than nothing at all.... just like many things of late, they never finished it.
