I notice today that my arm and disarm times are an hour behind.
After speaking to AlertMe regarding times in the past, I believe this time is from the AlertMe server (not the hub).
Has anyone else got this issue? Have AlertMe forgot to put the clocks forward?

Yes they did - finally. I raised a support ticket on Sunday Mar 25th, and they replied that they had 'technical issues'. It was still wrong a few days ago but I checked my display just now and it is correct, so I believe they have recently corrected their servers. Hopefully yours will update soon.

You may or may not have noticed, but since last weeks' outage there are problems with the clocks being GMT and not BST again. I have raised a support ticket with them again, and they're looking in to it. There was a hint that for whatever reason, fixing it is not as straightforward as they would like it to be.

Still no fix for this time issue. Spoke on Friday and they don't even have a timescale of how long it might take.
