Hi to all hope this forum is still active I've purchased the alertme complete security system and although I'm very impressed and realise that the plug has been pulled by british gas im having trouble to configure the camera on my computer im using windowx 7 and have a samsung tab 4 i can arm & monitor the system on both it wont for some reason let me configure the cameras plus i dont know what software to download etc for windows 7 ultimate and my tablet please can any one advise me i would be very gratefull

Have a check for the IP address of the camera on your router. Once you've found that out (it'll likely be 192.168.1.3 or similar) visit that address with your browser - it should open a web page where you can twiddle with the configuration.
Alerty - you could control your AlertMe system with my third-party app for iPhone and iPod Touch. Used to be available on iTunes!

Thanks for the info I will try your suggestion I bought the system second hand & although I'm using the previous owners user name I have changed the password as suggested that problem was easily resolved but I've found that they have pulled the plug on the server I was wondering if any one knew of an alternative alertme clone software I really like this system & feel that for convience is probably the best that has been it's a shame they have pulled the plug but I'm not giving up on it
