Device Firmware Versions

Post by roobarb! »

In case you're having problems, or suffering from a version junkie affliction, here are the latest firmware revisions for various AlertMe devices.

If you are not running these versions, contact AlertMe Support and they will be able to perform an upgrade on your system. If you know of any more recent releases, please post below and we can keep this list up to date.

Note: Please don't post information that may be under a non-disclosure agreement. You'll probably get into trouble.
  • Hub: v2.30r1801 (r801 on some hubs)
  • Button: v2.3r1
  • Keyfob: v2.3r3
  • Motion: v2.3r0
  • Lamp: v2.8r1
  • PowerClamp: v2.3r3
  • SmartDisplay v2.3r7
  • SmartPlug: v2.8r1
If you have a device not already listed, please leave a post with the details so the list can be completed!

I have a SmartDisplay 2.3r7.

For some reason my hub has a blank Software Version reported by the API and showing as n/a in the classic view.

Cheers, tonkos - added to the list. I wonder if the SmartDisplay works with the monitoring hubs?

Just tried to find this information out and noticed how it's very difficult to see the systems on the AlertMe site. There are pics of individual devices and small images of the kits, but nothing like the old days when they were front-and-centre on the home page. Which is odd - they look really good, and are a real selling point.

*Sigh* What a total disaster that rebrand was. Still makes me a bit sad.

Many thanks for the list. Shown up that 3 of my smart plugs are out of date and my Lamp unit is well adrift.
I also have an alarm detector that is at 2.2r1.
Anyone confirm if theres is the same?
Cheers

I've only just got my hands on an alarm detector, so I'll let you know once I've started using it. If you give the help desk a shout though, they'll upgrade all of your devices if they need it.
